2012 is full of new beginnings at BHC. We are pleased to welcome Executive Chef Rod Rehwinkel to our culinary team and Paul Meunier PGA Professional as our Head Professional. Stay tuned as they delve into the operations here at BHC and share their vision for the upcoming season.
Chef Rehwinkel brings with him many years of culinary experience. For our neighbors in Vermont, they will recognize the Perry Restaurant Group for whom Chef Rehwinkel was the corporate chef for many years. He has consulted independently and has developed and opened over 30 restaurants from coast to coast. He joined The International club in Massachusets, catering to such organizations as the New England Patriots and the Boston Bruins. That is just a “taste” of his experience and we look forward to sharing more with you as we approach our 2012 season.
Paul Meunier will be returning to his home state of Vermont as our Head Golf Professional. He started golfing at Kwiniaska Golf Course in sixth grade and has embraced the sport of golf ever since. His first golf “job” was at the Woodstock Inn & Resort under the tutelage of Mr. James Gunnare, PGA Professional. Since then, he has been in AZ at the Nicklaus Flick Golf School, Williston Golf Course, VT, Marco Island, FL, Montague Golf Course in VT, Quail Run in FL……But let’s save some of this exciting story for later. Paul will be blogging and updating us on our Golf FB page We look forward to Paul and his wife joining us in April and hope that Mother Nature smiles upon us for a lush, green, dry summer of golf.
