Today’s Australian Open is the first of the four majors beginning this week’s BHC ATP Tour Social Round Robin. Players earn points daily and play for the coveted Crystal BHC Bowl. Spectators are always welcome!

Don’t miss a visit to Vergennes,the smallest and oldest city in Vermont, chartered in 1788. Grown from a single structure in 1764, a sawmill, modern day Vergennes is a most interesting place to visit.  Architecture buffs will enjoy a visit to the historic Bixby Library, among other architectural gems in town. Snackers should not miss a visit to the Vergennes Laundry Bakery, a wood fired bakery and espresso bar known for its fabulous croissants.  Make sure to find The Daily Chocolate Shop at 7 Green Street, a charming beamed and brick walled back-in-time chocolate shop where you can watch the chocolatier at work.  The aroma alone is worth a visit. Three Squares has a prize winning chef and offers great breads, baked goods, excellent sandwiches and outdoor patio seating perched high over Main Street.  Sweet Charity is a nonprofit resale gallery of select items conceived and managed by Women of Wisdom offering treasures for all. Make sure to visit the falls!
