GUEST NEWS

Welcome back to Michelle Everleth and Stephen Trull, who were married here in 2008. Their wedding anniversary is May 11 and they have been celebrating each anniversary with a visit to BHC. This year baby Jackson is accompanying them…Welcome Jackson!

GROUP NEWS

The National Association of Air Control Officials will be joining us on Monday, May 9. We are excited to welcome all attendees and hope you all enjoy your conference here with us!

Basin Harbor Club will once again be hosting The Bixby Memorial Free Library Annual Gala Fund Raiser. The library boasts a large collection of Indian artifacts, paintings by Vermont artists, maps, documents, manuscripts, Vermont stamps and covers, and items of local interest. The Library is listed on the National and State of Vermont Historic Register. Visit them if you have a chance this week.

ACTIVITIES

The Golf Course is up and running and not worse for wear! Tuesday will mark the first day of carts allowed on the course and the driving range and putting green are open. Visit Doug, Will and Paul at the Golf and Resort Shop to make your tee times, buy some new balls to ensure a good round and browse the latest in golf attire.

As you have noticed, the waterfront is under water! The temporary Waterfront Office is located at the four way stop by the Homestead. The map will show it as the Harbor Store. Stop by if you wish to rent bikes or kayaks. Our excursion boat is being held hostage by the high water levels at Shelburne Shipyard so we apologize for the cancellation of the lake cruises.

We will be showing movies in the Club Room for your p.m. entertainment…Check bulletin board for schedule and title.
