The Final Voyage of the Basin Harbor Ferry.

The unusually high lake level brought the Basin Harbor Ferry to a halt 2 weeks before its scheduled end date. Amidst the snow flurries, the EScape made its way over to Westport for its final ferry. It was quite beautiful and Bob wanted to share the picture with you. After being brown and green for so long, we are finally under a generous dusting of snow and are currently watching it fall. It was a sudden switch but our children are enjoying the snow day and snowmen are sprouting up all around. Happy Days!
