BINGO News
What a Bingo game we had on Thursday night! Carley from Vergennes, VT carried off the first prize for Regular Bingo, followed by Thom of Conifer, CO who won X Marks the Spot. Corners Bingo resulted in a 4-way tie between Sarah of Carmel, CA, Bill from Red Bank, NJ, Larry of Brooklyn, NY, and James from an undisclosed location. Our Postage Stamp winner of the night was Beth from Dublin, OH, while Henry from London, England gathered his prize for Picture Frame. Cara from Boston, MA scooped up the pot for High Stakes, and Miles of St. Petersburg, FL scored big for his Losers Bingo win. That lucky duck Grace, from Rowayton, CT, championed the Blackout Bingo with an extra $208 bucks to take home. Way to go, Bingo Champions!

Resort News
Prepare your tastebuds! Imagine an intimate dinner with lobster potage, baby artichokes, homemade tagliatelle, New York sirloin, and grapefruit sorbet. Imagine each dish paired perfectly with a red or white wine. Imagine yourself sitting at the Chef’s Table Wine Dinner this Monday night, where your gastronomic imagination becomes reality! BHC’s own Director of Finance (and Palate Enthusiast Extraordinaire) Joss Vandal will host the dinner, which features the vines of Italy this week. Space is limited for this special event, offered Monday only, so be sure to sign up in advance with the concierge.

If an entire harbor of kids floating around in homemade cardboard box boats duct-taped together doesn’t make you smile, then what will? Visit our next-door neighbor, the Lake Champlain Maritime Museum, for an exciting weekend at the Small Boat Festival! Saturday and Sunday events will include a 3-mile Lake Champlain Challenge Race for the paddlers among us, the infamous Duct Tape Regatta, and music by Rick Norcross. Fun for all!

After a whole week of summer delights at Basin Harbor, chances are you have a lot of great photos! How about sharing some of your favorites? Send your best BHC pictures to mybhc@basinharbor.com and we’ll put them on our Facebook page!
