Shipping and Delivery back to shopping

You will receive an e-mail confirmation within 72 hours of placing your order. Most purchases are shipped from the resort  by UPS service to arrive within 14 business days from receipt of the order. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.

Returns and Exchanges

Every item sold by Basin Harbor Club and Resort is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase or gift for any reason, please return it to us with the following instructions included with the package. You can return any item purchased on our Web site by mail or carrier of choice. We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes that you were charged. Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To make a return, complete the Return Form attached to the invoice that you received with the merchandise. Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken such as replacement or refund. Place the Return Form in the box with the merchandise. Be sure to keep the original invoice for your records. Send the package to:
