Vermont is renowned for its dedication to small farms and locally grown food. Some of these farms are as close as a mile away from Basin Harbor! If weather permits, grab a cycling map from the Nature Center and take the pastoral 5 mile loop up Schoolhouse Rd. to Kellogg Bay and back on Basin Harbor Rd. You’ll pass two dairy farms, lovely marshland perfect for birdwatching, and Riverfront Gardens organic farm stand, where you can purchase a beautiful pint of sungold cherry tomatoes or some Vermont-grown veggies to take home with you.
If you’d like to work on your moves in the pool, sign up with the concierge for our Diving Clinic. Kyle will help you with your form and offer some tips.
